Dawnus Awarded Monmouthshire HQ Contract

We have recently been awarded a £3m contract to construct a new BREEAM Excellent Rated Headquarters building in Rhadyr, Usk.
The building which will include kitchen, restaurant and shower facilities will provide 450 “agile working” spaces for 900 members of Monmouthshire Housing Association staff, allowing flexible working from any location.
Regional Director Russell Evans stated “We look forward to an exciting project, working with MHA and their team, which will deliver a good-looking, sustainable building that we can all be proud of.” Work on the development is due to commence in early July with completion due mid August 2010. |
