Dawnus Construction

The project is the construction of three BREEAM Very Good rated number two storey buildings providing office accommodation with a gross internal floor area of 2,870 square metres. The construction of the buildings includes reinforced concrete ground floor slabs, steel frame, precast concrete upper floors, rendered external blockwork cavity walls, external timber cladding panels, polyester powder coated aluminium double glazed windows and external doors, and aluminium standing seam profiled sheet roofing. The project works also includes drainage, incoming services, and external works to car parking and planting areas.
