Landmark Building Holyhead

Refurbishment of existing building to represent landmark structure upon entering Holyhead town centre. The project involves the construction of a new 5 storey mixed use building which is to be integrated with an existing four storey former retail outlet.

The building is to house food and drink outlets on street level and is being constructed between existing retail outlets on a very congested road. The new portion of the project will consist of a piled foundation, structural steel frame with precast floors and staircases, with an external envelope of curtain wall glazing and masonry.

The refurbishment element involves the total removal of the roof and floors of the building and replacement with new, together with the installation of new joinery, finishings and M&E installations.
