Design & Construction of a twin linked commercial building including Offices and Retail Units together with a Tourism Centre/Coffee Shop sited on the Harbour Quay at Milford Haven.
The buildings are traditionally built in facing brickwork with reconstituted stone features, slated roofs on a cut roof supported off glulam-laminated beams. Internally the buildings are fully fitted out to a high standard and the project also involves the construction of a new entrance road, parking areas, hard & soft landscaping.
Dawnus Construction was one of only 231 UK-based companies out of a possible 5226 to be awarded the Bronze Considerate Constructor Award in 2007 for its development at Nelson Quay. |
