Design and construction of six detached office buildings totalling 45,000sq ft on a brownfield site.
The space has been designed to be flexible with the capacity able to be sub divided floor-by-floor or combined to provide larger areas.
The buildings are constructed in load bearing masonry with feature stone plinths and window surrounds and a combination of facing brick and rendered panels.
Each building will be fitted out to a high specification and will have disabled access facilities and passenger lifts. Core areas have washrooms, fitted kitchens and store rooms.
External works includes access roads, car parking, hard and soft landscaping. |
