This design and build project consists of two 2 storey industrial buildings for use as an environmentally controlled archive storage facility. Associated provision has been made for roads, car parking, services, footpaths, drainage, main services and landscaping. The Timestream building has a GEA of 2092m² and outstores 1440m²
Specifically the buildings are designed to comply with BS5454 for storage of archive materials so the climatic control requirements are extremely stringent, hence the primary store is a reinforced concrete enclosed structure with metal cladding and roofing. |
