This development forms part of an overarching strategy for regeneration works being carried out in West Somerset. The site forms part of the existing West Somerset Community College site and the project is being undertaken within a fully operational educational campus.
The work involves the construction of a new main building containing, training facility for a beauty salon, hair salon, health and social care, a social area, training kitchen, foyer and reception area, classrooms and study spaces, toilets, ancillary accommodation. Also new construction workshops containing automotive workshop, multimedia classrooms, construction workshop, staff room and storage, changing facilities, toilets, external courtyard area. |
