The project is located on the Exmouth beach front at the junction of, Queen’s drive and Maer drive. The project requires the installation of driven steel piles, pile caps and reinforced ground beams, and the installation of pre-cast concrete beams. The construction of a suspended structural floor slab, erection of a steel portal frame clad in masonry and timber with a self supporting sheet metal roofing system.
