This design & construct project is for a three storey, 40,000 sq feet building which will house a dental practice, orthodontist, dental laboratory and consultancy suites, training facilities.
The Dental Referral Centre will have underground car parking and a roof mounted plant room. The development is located on the SA1 Swansea Waterfront an area located in the northern part of Swansea Docks, and is, one of the largest urban re-development zones in Europe. |
