Argyle Street, Pembroke Dock
|
Design & Construction of a high profile, state-of-the-art healthcare centre. The primary health care centre is a 1600m2 traditionally built two storey building in the centre of Pembroke Dock. It has been developed on a brown field site which was the location of the Bush Street Secondary School.
The construction combines traditional blockwork and steel frame, powder coated aluminium windows, tiled and raised seam roofs, and is finished externally with a one coat through colour sprayed on plaster.
It has a gas fuelled under floor heating system together with a comfort cooling system. There are sixteen consulting rooms and one child welfare room.
As part of the development there is a pharmacy and optometrist, and with extensive parking and landscaped gardens makes it a state of the art development.
