Dawnus Construction

Castell Howell Foods identified the need to increase their product handling and storage capacity and Dawnus was awarded the contract to design and construct a new facility on Cross Hands Food Park. The facility accommodates Castell Howell's head office functions and is the central distribution hub servicing satellite depots in Wales and England.

The Design &  Build project involves a 50,000 sqft structural steel framed high bay building incorporating low temperature, chill temperature and ambient temperature storage areas, together with 11,000 sqft three storey fully fitted out office accommodation.

External works including car parking access and distribution roads, lorry turning circles and parking, hard and soft landscaping.
