This design and construction project is the first phase of the regeneration of Burry Port docks.

The development works involve the regeneration of the former boatyard into a series of 40 new build homes including waterside warehouse apartments, mews houses, cottages and town houses.  Every property will be finished to a high specification inside and out incorporating fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms.

The site is contaminated and requires careful remediation and also attention to treatment of flooding. External works include the provision of roads, parking areas, garages, hard and soft landscaping.
