Design and Construction
of a two storey 1250m2 Care Home. It is equipped with full disabled facilities including lift, wheelchair access, home call system and individual hoisting facility in each bedroom. There are 7 further Special Needs (respite) bungalows approx. total floor area 650m2. These are timber frame buildings clad with brickwork/rendered blockwork. All associated infrastructure and landscaping works are included in the contract. This project is expected to attain BREEAM Ecohomes Very Good rating on completion. |
