Dawnus Construction’s structure allows the local knowledge of the regional teams to be supported by the expertise of teams based in other offices. This enables us to bring the best combination of expertise and knowledge to each project.
Our culture and operations are based upon a direct labour and plant philosophy that we believe sets us apart from our contemporaries. We have a substantial labour force of tradesmen and construction operatives and a comprehensive and varied plant holding, which allow us to provide a flexible and closely managed service to our clients.
The company has a programme of employing and training trade apprentices, trainee engineers and management trainees. This programme provides the company with the long term benefits of a highly skilled and loyal workforce who understand the company’s vision, values and approach to work.
Dawnus believes in investing in the company’s engineering future. During their first year of employment, graduate engineers are given off-site training for one day each week to increase their knowledge of the construction industry and accelerate their training and development.
