Dawnus Construction measures itself by operating a system of Key Performance Indicators on all our projects, and within the business support functions. These include KPIs monitored by ourselves on both our own performance and that of our subcontractors and KPIs which are marked by our Clients both during and at completion of our projects. We also use external audits and assessments, such as the Considerate Constructor scheme to assess our Company Performance.

Project Performance:
Information on our Contract performance is obtained by means of a questionnaire circulated to the client and their team after the completion of a contract. KPI results are not simply a static indication on how the company is performing. We view the results received as an important input into our process of continual improvement and as a basis for action as opposed to reflection. Our target is to obtain 100% in each of the KPIs marked by our Clients. The graph and chart displayed demonstrate our current average scores.
