Dawnus

All Dawnus sites that affect communities are registered under the Considerate Constructor Scheme which helps us monitor our performance against industry best practice and helps encourage healthy competition between our site teams to achieve higher scores. Our Performance scores under the scheme have been improving over the last 9 months and our current target is to achieve a score of over 34/40 on every site.

We have won a number of awards through the Considerate Constructor Scheme including our recent Silver Award for Gem Bridge in Tavistock, two Bronze Awards in 2011 for 1 Guildhall Square in Southampton and the Royal Terrace Gardens project in Torquay and another Silver Award in 2010 for our Tavistock Football Project.

We have scored maximum points in the Good Neighbour and Considerate Categories on numerous sites in recognition of our level of involvement in the communities surrounding our projects. Initiatives include raising sponsorship for local charities, holding open days,  football tournaments, completing a tree tops challenge for Scope and fund raising for ‘War Heroes’.
