Dawnus is the only construction company in the UK to offer an in-house Graduate Further Learning Programme for engineers accredited by the Institution for Civil Engineers (ICE).
The scheme provides our graduate civil engineers with a structured development programme that allows them an early introduction to a range of construction techniques and underlying engineering principles, which they would normally only be exposed to after many years of working in the sector.
The scheme provides a framework to help a graduate qualify as a professional engineer. At the end of the three-year course graduates are ready to begin the process of becoming a chartered member of the ICE.
Dawnus takes on new entrants to the graduate scheme every year. The 2011 intake is now full. The scheme will reopen in 2012.
