Dawnus’ Midlands division has relocated to a new office at Quartz Point, Birmingham. The move has been made in order to increase focus on our projects and frameworks from a more central location in the heart of the Midlands.
Located near the Junction of the M6 and M42, our base is within an hour’s travel of the East Midlands cities of Derby, Leicester and Nottingham, Northampton, Oxford, Gloucester, Worcester, Hereford, Shrewsbury, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent and the West Midlands cities of Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Coventry. Our business plan targets significant expansion in the Midlands Area and the new office is ideal to support this and accommodate the growing staff numbers required to meet our goals.
The Midlands team is currently delivering two major road schemes in central Birmingham and Darlaston totalling £15M along with several other high profile civil engineering and transportation schemes across the Midlands area. Future prospects include developing the Framework Contracts that have already been secured for Birmingham, Centro (West Midlands Transport Authority), Warwickshire, Environment Agency and Birmingham Airport along with an increasing tender pipeline.
An opening ceremony was recently held to celebrate the move and Directors Russell Evans, Huw Smith and Martin White led the celebrations with a presentation outlining the Midlands Region ambitions for the future. The evening was concluded with a buffet and a specially baked cake for staff.
Dawnus Construction Holdings MD, Russell Evans said, “I am delighted to announce the opening of our new Midlands office. This signifies a strategic move in Dawnus to extend our geographic coverage in the UK. It allows us to develop our well tried and tested formula to provide a comprehensive and value for money service to our growing client base. I wish the team every success in developing this important area.”
