We are pleased to announce that Dawnus has been awarded Accreditation as an Investors in People Bronze employer.
Achieving this Bronze accreditation places Dawnus at the leading edge of the best people management practice in the UK.
The award was given following a comprehensive audit by Investors in People assessors who undertook a review of company practice in ten key areas which included Business Strategy, Leadership and Management, Continuous Improvement, Recognition and Reward, and Performance Management. This is then evidenced through a series of interviews with staff at a variety of levels within the organisation.
We were commended for good practice in many areas including a supportive culture, strong team ethos, a strong sense of community, excellent health and safety, and genuine pride in working for Dawnus.
HR Director for Dawnus, Anthony Coles, commented on the award success: “We are naturally delighted to have been successful in our application. Our assessors recognised many examples of good people management practice across the company which we intend to build on.
